how long does it take before i receive what i’ve ordered?
Typically it takes about 2-5 business days before the products arrive. Most of the products I pack myself. If you order before 20h-ish, I’ll pack it the same day. I’ll keep you posted about the shipping process, so you’ll always know where your products are. 

how come i’ve got double the shipping costs?
Most of the products I make, print and pack myself. But the A4 and 15 x 20 cm prints are printed, packed and shipped via Gelato. In this way I can manage my webstore more efficiently and make sure you get products of the highest quality for the most reasonable prices.
So if you for example order an original and a postcard (which I pack and ship myself) and a print, then you have double the shipping cost, because these products are shipped from two different locations. The postcards and originals are shipped from my workshop and the prints are shipped via Gelato. 

how are the products packed?
Originals and postcards are packed by me. I do this in the most sustainable way I know possible. I use reused cardboard and packing paper. So It may not look new, because it is not. The packing and shipping industry demands so much paper and packing material and that’s not good for our planet. So I try to reuse as much as possible to reduce the footprint of my shop.
